Upstairs at PLAU, FINO is made for Christmas get-togethers, work parties and end-of-year dinners with friends.

The festive menu is designed for sharing and lingering over.

New Year’s Eve

PLAU x Jazzin The Park

31 December 2025, New Year’s Eve at PLAU is a flowing night built across all three levels, with Jazzin The Park providing a vinyl-led soundtrack. Begin with tapas upstairs at FINO, move downto PLAU for the countdown, then see in the new year in The Vaults. Bookings are encouraged; walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
