A beautiful Indian dish, fresh Haddock flakes, buttery rice, onion Bhaji bits & topped off with a quails egg. We also have an amazing Vegan version ‘Vedgeree’ (pictured) which offers the same great taste but with sun-dried tomatoes and tantalising smoked tofu.

Take your Brunch to the next level and try this unusual combination that works so perfectly! Garlic & Dill greek yoghurt combined with a browned chilli butter. Expect a hot & cold experience that melts in your mouth!

What makes PLAU’s Full English Breakfast the best in Preston? - the secret is in the beans! Cumberland pork sausages, Bury black pudding, maple smoked bacon, poached or fried eggs, roasted cherry vine tomatoes and sourdough bread make for very happy tummies. However, our homemade spicy baked beans take this breakfast to the next level! Vegetarian versions are available (pictured) with delicious meat free sausages and garlic mushrooms. Perfectly seasoned scrambled tofu is there for what is quite rare in Preston, a delicious Vegan Full English.

New Sunday Feasting Menu

We’ve launched an extra special menu, just for Sundays! Whilst keeping our already legendary Wild Feasting sharing platter, we now have smaller options, for the individual. Keep an eye out for the PLAU beer bread - We make this at PLAU from our house ale!

Valentines Taster Menu

Love is in the air and we’ve found a new love for doing set tasting menus! 7 courses of uniquely designed dishes just for that special day. It turns out that curried watermelon is a hit! Stay tuned, we might be making that a permanent addition. We also saw Rebecca from Eclectic Mix working up a beautiful floral display on the entrance of PLAU.
